Any authorized recording of Aytia Tarpley or an AT Consulting presentation requires explicit prior permission from Aytia Tarpley or an authorized representative of Aytia Tarpley Consulting LLC.
Permission to attend a presentation does not constitute permission to record it.
Any authorized recording may be subject to additional restrictions concerning editing, distribution, storage, publication, duration of use, ownership, and commercial use.
6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems
Unless expressly authorized in writing, AT Consulting's proprietary materials may not be uploaded, entered, transmitted, or otherwise provided to artificial-intelligence systems, machine-learning systems, large language models, automated content-generation systems, or similar technologies for purposes including:

7. Educational Information Only
Content provided through this website, presentations, educational resources, articles, newsletters, and other general materials is provided for educational and informational purposes.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, such information does not constitute:
legal advice, medical advice, mental-health treatment, therapy, diagnosis, crisis intervention, case management, or individualized professional advice.
Information concerning human trafficking, foster care, trauma, exploitation, criminal justice, child welfare, or related subjects should not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional regarding a specific situation.
8. Not an Emergency or Crisis Service
AT Consulting is not an emergency response service, crisis line, law-enforcement agency, medical provider, or human trafficking hotline.
Do not use a website form, booking inquiry, email subscription, or general business communication to report an emergency or request immediate crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing an emergency or are in immediate danger, please contact 911 or the appropriate emergency authorities and services rather than submitting a website form.
Website submissions may not be reviewed immediately.
9. Confidential Survivor and Case Information
Do not submit confidential case information or sensitive personally identifying information concerning a survivor, child, client, patient, student, foster youth, service recipient, or other individual through ordinary website forms.
This includes sensitive information concerning trafficking, exploitation, abuse, foster-care records, medical information, mental or behavioral health information, criminal or juvenile justice involvement, or confidential case records.
Website contact and booking forms are intended primarily for business and administrative communication.
If confidential information becomes necessary in connection with an authorized professional engagement, AT Consulting will provide appropriate instructions regarding communication and information handling.
10. Inquiries Do Not Create a Consultant-Client Relationship
Submitting a contact form, booking inquiry, email, consultation request, or other communication does not create a consultant-client relationship with Aytia Tarpley or Aytia Tarpley Consulting LLC.
An engagement is established only after AT Consulting accepts the engagement and all applicable requirements—including execution of the required agreement and payment of the required fee or deposit—have been completed.
AT Consulting retains discretion to accept or decline inquiries and prospective engagements, subject to applicable law.
11. Speaking, Training, Consulting, and Other Professional Services
Speaking engagements, trainings, workshops, consulting projects, professional presentations, and similar services may be governed by a separate written agreement.
Where a separate agreement exists, that agreement will govern matters specific to the engagement, including applicable fees, deposits, payment schedules, cancellations, travel expenses, rescheduling, recording rights, intellectual property, confidentiality, and other service-specific obligations.
If a service agreement directly conflicts with these general website Terms concerning that particular engagement, the applicable service agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
12. Payments
AT Consulting may make private or restricted booking and payment pages available to approved clients following an inquiry or consultation.
Payment processing may be provided through third-party payment providers.
Additional payment, refund, cancellation, travel, and rescheduling requirements applicable to professional engagements may be established in the applicable service agreement.
Access to a private payment or booking page does not waive or modify these Terms or any separately executed agreement.
13. Digital Products, Courses, and Downloads
AT Consulting may offer courses, workbooks, templates, training videos, educational resources, downloadable materials, or other digital products.
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, purchasing a digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the authorized personal or internal professional use of that product.
Purchasers do not acquire ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Digital materials may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, publicly uploaded, shared with unauthorized users, incorporated into competing services, or commercially reproduced without written authorization.
Specific products may be subject to additional license or purchase terms presented at checkout.
14. User Accounts
AT Consulting may provide customer or member account functionality.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and promptly notify AT Consulting if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared in a manner that provides unauthorized access to paid or restricted content.
AT Consulting may suspend or terminate accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material violation of these Terms.
15. Testimonials, Examples, and Results
Testimonials, previous engagements, organizational feedback, case examples, educational examples, or descriptions of prior outcomes appearing on the website are provided for informational purposes.
Past experiences and results do not guarantee future or identical results.
Outcomes may vary substantially because of circumstances outside AT Consulting's control, including organizational conditions, participant engagement, implementation, location, available resources, timing, third-party actions, environmental circumstances, and other variables.
AT Consulting does not guarantee a particular financial, organizational, educational, behavioral, professional, or other result merely because a visitor purchases or participates in a service.
16. Third-Party Websites and Services
The website may link to third-party websites, social-media platforms, event services, payment processors, podcast platforms, or other external services.
AT Consulting does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, accuracy, policies, or practices of third-party services.
A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
Use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policies.
17. Website Availability and Accuracy
AT Consulting works to maintain useful and accurate website information but does not warrant that every page, resource, price, description, date, or other item will always be error-free, complete, or continuously available.
We may correct errors and update, remove, discontinue, or modify website content or functionality when appropriate.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party systems, security issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties not expressly provided in writing.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aytia Tarpley Consulting LLC and its owners, representatives, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the website, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Specific professional services may be subject to additional liability provisions contained in a separately executed service agreement.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aytia Tarpley Consulting LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person's rights, unauthorized use of AT Consulting intellectual property, or material violation of these Terms.
This provision applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and disputes concerning use of this website will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
AT Consulting provides services in multiple jurisdictions, and nothing in this provision is intended to establish Mecklenburg County—or any other particular county—as the exclusive venue for a dispute.
22. Dispute Resolution — Mediation Before Litigation
Before initiating court litigation concerning a dispute arising directly from these website Terms, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing court litigation, except where immediate judicial relief is reasonably necessary or applicable law provides otherwise.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue available remedies through an appropriate court with jurisdiction.
This provision concerns disputes arising from these website Terms. A separate professional service agreement may establish additional or different dispute-resolution requirements for a particular engagement.
23. Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights
AT Consulting reserves all remedies available under applicable law to protect its intellectual property and confidential or proprietary materials.
Unauthorized copying, recording, distribution, reproduction, commercial exploitation, or other infringement may result in suspension of access and pursuit of appropriate legal remedies.
Nothing in these Terms requires AT Consulting to provide advance notice before seeking emergency or injunctive relief where such relief is legally appropriate.
24. Changes to These Terms
AT Consulting may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, website functionality, business practices, or applicable requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on the website with an updated effective or revision date.
Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other authority with jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
26. No Waiver
Failure by AT Consulting to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.
27. Entire Agreement Regarding Website Use
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and AT Consulting concerning general use of this website.
Separate contracts may govern purchases, professional services, trainings, speaking engagements, consulting engagements, or other transactions.
