This includes information concerning an individual's trafficking or exploitation history, abuse history, foster-care records, mental or behavioral health information, medical information, criminal or juvenile justice involvement, case records, or other confidential information concerning a survivor, child, client, patient, student, or service recipient.

Our ordinary website forms are intended for business inquiries and administrative communication—not case referrals, crisis intervention, clinical communication, or transmission of confidential client records.

If AT Consulting needs specific confidential information to perform an agreed professional service, appropriate instructions and communication methods will be established separately.

This website is intended for adults and is not intended for use by children or minors.

Children should not use the website to contact AT Consulting, submit inquiries, register for services, or provide personal information directly.

When communication concerning a minor is appropriate, it must be submitted by the minor's parent, legal guardian, or another adult legally authorized to act on the minor's behalf.

We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children through this website. If we learn that personal information has been submitted directly by a child inappropriately, we may take reasonable steps to remove it.

Where required, we will obtain appropriate consent before sending marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option included in those communications.

Wix specifically advises site owners using its email-marketing tools to ensure visitors understand that they are consenting to marketing communications and supports explicit opt-in through Wix Forms.

AT Consulting may offer private or restricted booking and payment pages to approved clients after an inquiry or consultation.

When online payment functionality becomes available, payment and transaction information may be processed by the payment processor or platform used to complete the transaction.

We will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate when a specific online payment processor is implemented.

We may use Wix Analytics to better understand website traffic and how visitors interact with the site.

Wix explains that its sites use cookies for purposes including website functionality, visitor experience, platform performance, and security. Wix Analytics can also depend on a visitor's cookie-consent choices when a cookie banner is enabled.

Visitors may be provided with cookie choices where required or appropriate.

Comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other lawful process
Protect our rights, property, business, or security
Prevent or investigate suspected fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity
Protect the rights or safety of others

Third-party service providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to our operations to protect information in our possession from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

Our website is hosted through Wix, which maintains its own security measures for its platform. Wix states that it uses HTTPS/TLS for data in transit and encryption for data at rest, among other security controls.

However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. International Visitors

AT Consulting is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, and may receive inquiries from individuals or organizations located outside the United States.

Information submitted through the website may therefore be processed or stored in the United States or other locations used by our service providers.
